The white plastic handle doesn't look particularly impressive and doesn't suggest particularly high-quality workmanship. At least the blender base is made of stainless steel and is also removable. This makes cleaning easier. Although the manufacturer doesn't explicitly state this, the dishwasher should be able to do this job. The motor output is quite decent and gives the device enough power to chop up even harder ingredients. However, given that the blade only has two blades, these will probably be pushed back and forth rather than mixed into a uniform mass. Apart from the wattage, the Switch On hand blender is a typical model from the lower price segment, from which you shouldn't expect too much. But it is definitely sufficient for occasional use in the kitchen.
